PMS Color Match: For PMS color matches other than standard colors add $35.00 per color. Fulfillment: For individual shipments (1 per location) with supplied labels on disk add $.50 each. Labels typed for individual shipment add $1.50 each. Actual shipping cost will be billed separately. Shipping & Handling: FOB Southfield, MI Drop shipments: Orders shipped to more than one location, $10.00 for each additional location. Split Shipments: For an order split into different times for shipments add $10.00 for each shipment. Foreign Shipments: Add $25.00 per location. Claims: Must be made no later than 7 days after receipt of order. Returns: No merchandise may be returned without factory return authorization number and all boxes must be marked with return authorization number. In original boxes with original packing. Cancellation: Billed for all work performed to point of cancellation plus $20.00 Damage Claims: All damaged merchandise must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt. International Shipping: We prefer FedEx for international single-Piece shipments. We prefer a customer FedEx account number to make the customs process easier.
